What we can't provide
As an online service we can't issue letters for Home Office or immigration matters, court appearances, jury service or workplace tribunals — please don't order for these purposes.

Will my airline accept the letter?
Acceptance depends on your airline. A GP-signed, QR-verifiable letter does not guarantee acceptance; check their specific requirements first.
What if the GP cannot issue it?
You receive a full refund if the reviewing doctor decides that issuing a letter would not be clinically suitable.
When will I receive my letter?
